How fast can you deliver?+
Standard voice over projects deliver in 3–5 business days. Rush sessions with same-day casting are available in 24–48 hours for a 25% priority fee.
What does “unlimited revisions” actually cover?+
Direction changes — pace, emphasis, tone, pronunciation — are re-recorded free until sign-off. Brand-new script sections after delivery are quoted as small pickups.
Do I own the recordings?+
Yes. Every project includes a full buyout for the agreed media and term, confirmed in writing before recording. Broadcast and paid-media extensions are quoted transparently.
Can I direct the session live?+
Absolutely — you join by link, hear the booth in real time and give direction between takes. Sessions can also run fully offline from your brief.
Which languages do you cover?+
Recording and adaptation in 40+ languages, each directed by a native speaker. Rarer languages are cast through vetted partner studios with the same guarantee.
What is your refund policy?+
If the final delivery is not broadcast-ready, we re-record free — and if we still miss the mark, we refund the session fee. Deposits are refundable until casting begins.
